Throughout the year, we will be introducing new approaches and extending our services to help you deal with everyday stressors.
Massage therapy reduces stress and makes the body feel good, but it’s also important to address the underlying issues that may be the root of the problems causing some the stress and tension in your life and in your body.
This can be lack of exercise and stretching, proper nutrition or work-life balance.
This month Take Ten will be adding a second therapist, Beth Peer. Beth adds massage therapy techniques to Take Ten including neuro-muscular techniques, reflexology and lymphatic drainage therapy or LDT.
